The University's Sports Degree Programmes

Our Sport Degree Programmes provide students with academic and practical training in areas such as sports science, coaching, management, and physical education. These programmes are designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the global sports industry.



Faculty of Sport Science
Programmes:

  • B. Sc., Sport Science and Technology (SST)
  • B. Sc., Sport Administration and Management (SAM)
  • B. Sc., Physical and Health Sciences (PHE)


Admission Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into any of the Category B degree courses must possess at least five credits from single sitting of West African Examination Council (WAEC) examinations, National Examination Council (NECO), or its equivalent. Such five credits must include English Language and Mathematics. In exceptional cases, the University shall consider five credits from at most two sittings.


In addition, candidates seeking admission into the degree programs listed in (a) above must have scored the minimum National cut-off mark in JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
